| 摘 要： | 构建资源共享、网络共建的大图书馆体系是中、小图书馆适应信息时代的需要；是中、小图书馆建设现代图书馆和培育现代图书管理人员的需要。大图书馆体系应以地方基层图书馆为主体，组建联合性图书馆；应以网络技术手段为支撑，组建立体化图书情报体系；应以跨馆际人才交流为依托，组建成高素质、一体化的图书馆管理人员队伍。

| Abstract: | In order to meet the current information needs ,it is necessary to structure resource-sharing and network in large library system for medium and small library ; It is necessary for medium and small library to build the modern library and foster the modern librarian. The large library system should base on local library , setting up the uniting library; Should regard network technology means as support , setting up and melt the information system of the books; Should rely on the exchange of border professional resources , setting up a high-quality , integrated library administrative staff's team . |
