| 摘 要： | 构建21世纪苏锡常可持续发展模式的基点是成本内化和立体互动,多维发展。在此基础上,建立多维可持续发展模式,包括循环经济与知识经济相统一的经济模式;节约利用与全程治理的资源环境模式;高度精神文明、城市化和完善社会保障体系相统一的社会发展模式;优势互补的合作创新模式及点轴结构和网络式结构相结合的区域开发模式。

| Abstract: | The key point on constructing the models for sustainable development in Suzhou - Wuxi - Changzhou region is to digest the whole costs within the system, and to develop the economy, society and environment in a multidimensional way. Based on this, some multidimensioal modles for sustainable development can be built, such as econoriiic development modle for integration of cycling economy into knowledge economy and resource -environment modle for economic utilization and the complete process pollution treatment; social development modle for the unification of high spiritual civilization, urbanization and social guarantee system; and the regional development modle for the combination of point - axe structures and network structure. |
