摘    要:在总结激光打标现状的基础上,着重从硬件软件两个方面阐述了振镜扫描激光标刻系统的组成、工作原理及存在的问题,通过举例展现了激光标记的优点,并对其发展趋势进行了展望。

Abstract:Laser mark is the most advanced marking technology at present. Based on marking status, the structure, theory and problems of the galvanometer scanning laser mark system are elaborated with emphasis on hardware and software. It also shows the character of laser mark by illustration and its developing trend in prospect.
