| 摘 要： | 高职院校教师承担着重大的社会责任.面时教育教学改革、课程建设及学校生存发展提出的要求,教师源自社会、学校以及自身等方面的压力越来越大,心理负担日益加重.因此,有必要在高职院校中构建EAP体系,通过加强宣传、深化交流、开展培训等措施,缓解教师的心理压力,倡导并帮助教师健康快乐地教学.
