| 摘 要： | 在高等教育人才培养过程中引入心理资本的概念,从就业心理资本的角度,结合学生在校期间的人才培养过程,选用一些适当的方式方法,把握大学生的价值取向、提升大学生的综合素质、提升大学生就业创业能力、促进大学生顺利就业及健康发展,为各高校学生思想政治及就业指导工作提供有益参考。
