| 摘 要： | 产教融合是高职教育培养人才的重要途径,高职院校为了践行"大众创业,万众创新",应当构建适应于创新创业背景下的深化产教融合、校企合作路径。针对高职院校产教融合的整体结构性、开放合作性、统筹需求性、产学研创一体性等特点,在分析高职院校深化产教融合面临的缺少研习、忽视协同、轻视创新、缺失激励与评价四点困境的基础上,提出创新创业背景下高职院校深化产教融合的路径:解读支持政策,完善产教融合体系;强化企业作用,建立企业主导模式;协同院校发展,推进人才培养改革;平衡产教供需,促进无缝对接,为今后高职院校深化产教融合提供基础。
