| 摘 要： | 人才培养是高校的中心工作,提高教育教学质量是提高人才培养质量的关键。作为高校最基层的教学管理人员,教学秘书在管理、服务、育人、教研四个方面对提高教学质量发挥着重要作用。然而当前高校秘书职能建设问题依然很多,因此,着力管理方法优化、服务能力提高、育人境界净化、教研水平提升,从而加强高校教学秘书的四个基本职能建设,无疑能够助力高校的教学和科研工作。
