| 摘 要： | 气象服务产业化问题的提出是对当前体制下发展传统意义上的公益性事业的创新,涉及到科学技术转变为现实生产力的技术性和非技术性难题。为在新经济体系中充分发挥气象科技的效益,应当加速我国气象服务产业化,调整气象产业结构,发展气象信息服务产业和气象工程服务产业以及相关技术与装备产业,建立适应社会主义市场经济体制的气象服务体系。

| Abstract: | An industrialized meteorological service constitutes an important innovation challenging the public good nature of the traditional meteorological service system.Such innovation will inevitably touch both technical and non-technical issues in turning scientific knowledge into daily productivity.To fully tap up meteorological ser-vice resources in a new economic environment ,it is imperative to accelerate the industrialization of China's me-teorological service,including restructuring the meteorological service,developing meteorological information and engineering services,and creating a meteorological equipment manufacturing industry.All these efforts will make meteorological service in line with the needs of the market economy. |
