| 摘 要： | 语音报时是一种非常实用的技术，可为日常的工作和学习提供极大的便利。本文主要介绍了采用VB．NET技术快速透明地实现一个语音报时系统的方案，并给出了实现系统的详细代码。该方案对普通用户进行类似系统的开发也具有一定的参考价值。

| Abstract: | Intelligent speech system is of bread-and-butter function, it can bring convenience to normal study and life of people. The paper introduces a scheme of speech system being quickly and pellucidly worked out by using VB.NET, and then it provides the detailed codes for system running. It is helpful in the development of other similar system for ordinary users. |
