| 摘 要： | 通过查阅大量近年来国内外有关国际体操联合会(FIG)竞技健美操竞赛规则方面的文献资料,总结、归纳并分析了2000~2012年间3版FIG竞技健美操规则的变化及发展趋势方面研究的现状及成果,旨在为新周期竞技健美操教练员、运动员的训练及项目发展管理部门政策的制定提供一定的理论指导。

| Abstract: | This paper, on the basis of domestic and overseas literature review on the study of three editions of FIG competitive aerobics rules 2001 -- 2004 edition, 2005 -- 2008 edition, 2009-- 2010 edition）, summed up changes of the rules and analyzed its present situation and the tendency, which makes theoretical guidance to the coaches and trainers and provided theoretical references for the training in the future. |
