| Abstract: | By using semantically componential analysis, this paper, in systematic and general terms, explains the structures of prepositional phrases as adjective complementation and their semantic relations, such as verb-object relation, cause and effect relation, aspect and target relations, and at the same time the paper discloses their general internal rules. |
