| 摘 要： | 对我国高校图书馆学科馆员服务模式的开展情况进行了调查与分析，并在此基础上探讨了学科馆员服务的主要工作内容。最后就如何发展我国高校图书馆的学科馆员服务提出了四点建议：一、不断提高学科馆员的素质及技能；二、加强学科馆员的组织和制度建设；三、建立统一的学科馆员服务平台；四、深化学科馆员的服务层次。

| Abstract: | This paper makes a statistic analyses of service model of subject librarian in university libraries, then discusses its major service contents. Finally, it tables four proposals to develop the service of subject librarian in university libraries： continuous improvement of subject librarian’s knowledge and skills, the strengthening of subject librarian’s organization and system , the establishment of a unified subject librarian’s service platform and the deepening of subject librarian’s service level. |
