| 摘 要： | 目的 了解海南省小学教师心理健康状况。方法 运用SCL-90量表对海南省291名小学教师进行心理健康状况调查。结果 海南小学教师的心理健康水平低于国内一般成年人；男女教师心理健康状况表现出不同特点；毕业班科任教师心理健康状况不如非毕业班教师；少数民族地区教师心理健康水平较汉族地区教师高；城市教师心理健康水平比乡村的低。结论 要想培养身心健康发展的人，就必须重视小学教师的心理健康问题。

The State of Psychological Soundness of Primary School Teachers in Hainan |

| Abstract: | To comprehend the state of psychological soundness of primary school teachers in Hainan, a survey was made of the psychological soundness state of 291 primary school teachers in Hainan. The result showed that the level of psychological soundness of primary school teachers is lower than that of normal adults in our country and that there are different features concerning the state of psychological soundness of men and women teachers respectively. It is also discovered that primary school teachers for graduating classes suffer from poor psychological soundness more than those for non-graduating classes, and that primary school teachers in the minority areas embrace better psychological soundness than their counterparts in areas of Han nationality and primary school teachers in cities have poorer psychological soundness than those in the countryside. It is concluded that attention should be paid to the psychological soundness of primary school teachers ff persons sound in both body and mind are to be trained. |
