| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法对美国业余篮球管理与发展现状进行研究，以期为我国业余篮球发展提供参考依据。研究显示美国业余篮球管理机构经过近百年的历史沿革，已发展成为能够代表美国所有篮球组织利益，充分发挥美国篮球多层次竞赛训练网优势夺取奥运金牌的组织机构。美国大学、中学业余篮球以竞赛为主线，通过广泛开展竞赛训练来培养高水平的篮球竞技人才。我国大学、中学业余篮球同美国业余篮球相比发展相对滞后，存在规模较小、体制不健全等诸多问题。结合美国业余篮球管理及发展模式提出促进我国业余篮球发展的对策：训练中心向学校转移，提升高校篮球竞技水平和扩大中学篮球竞赛规模。

| Abstract: | Using the method of literature, the author analyzes the administration and development of US amateur basketball and expects to provide some inspirations to the countermeasure of China basketball. The results show that, through art evolution in almost a century , the administrative organ of US amateur basket- ball has become an organization representing the interest of all basketball organizations in the USA and bringing the advantage of tiered training programs of US basketball into play to capture Olympics gold medals; US colleges and high schools comprehensively conduct competitions and training to foster high performance basketball players. There are also many problems in our amateur basketball. The countermeasure of China basketball is that turning schools into main basketball training centers take improving college basketball performance and increasing high school basketball oartieipants as the nriorities. |
