| 摘 要： | 从学生实际出发，根据“竞技运动教材化”的理论，对简化教学内容、修改排球规则等方面进行了实验研究。结果表明，它有利于提高学生技术的运用能力，培养学生对排球运动的兴趣，养成自觉锻炼的习惯。

| Abstract: | On the basis of reality and theory of athletic sports being teaching material, the paper re- searched simplifying content and modifying rules. The results showed that it could help students enhance their ability of using skill, train their interest in volleyball and cultivate the habits of training conscien- tiously. |
