| Abstract: | Through the four sessions of rear services reform of national higher learnings, the socialized reform of rear services of Chinese higher learning has entered a new stage of summarizing experiences and searching more development. Retrospecting the processes, holding current situation, finding out shortages and seeking development will be a main task for the socialized reform of rear services at present or in the future. |
