| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨宫腔镜手术对继发不孕的诊断及治疗价值.方法:对2003年1月至2004年7月在我院治疗的36例继发不孕患者,在宫腔镜下实施1-2种手术,包括宫腔镜下胎骨碎片取出、宫腔粘连分离、疏通输卵管.结果:36例患者手术成功34人,成功率为94.4%,一年内妊娠20人,妊娠率为55.6%.结论:宫腔镜手术只需局部封闭麻醉,通过手术可发现继发不孕的原因所在并及时地处理祛除病因,提高了治愈率.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the value of diagnosis and treatment of the secondary infertility by hysteroscopy.Methods 36 cases of the secondary infertility from Jan,2003 to July,2004 were performed one or two hysteroscopic operations,including removal of residual fetal bones,intrauterine adhesions and patency of fallopian tube occlusion.Results Among the 36 patients,34 patients(94.4%) were operated by hysteroscopy successfully,and 20 patients(55.6%) were proved to be pregnant in one year.Conclusion Hysteroscopic surgery under simple local anesthesia can detect and dispose the causes of secondary infertility,and increase curative ratio of the disease. |
