On the Availability of Course Management in Higher Vocational and Technical Colleges |

| Abstract: | At present,the course reformation in the higher vocational and technical colleges is being performed like a raging fire,yet we have achieved little with less satisfaction.This paper puts forward some proper ways to increase the availability of course management through the analysis of the inner availability of course management based on the analysis of the major factors that restrict the course management. |
