| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等,对河南省农村中学体育教师队伍建设、教学、待遇、科研、培训以及课外活动、场地器材、体育经费的现状和学校体育管理、评价等问题进行了调查,并针对目前存在的问题提出了相应的发展对策,为河南省农村中学体育的健康发展提供依据.
