| 摘 要： | 提高知识工作者生产率将成为21世纪管理的最重要的问题,发现新的知识创造与挖掘模型将成为情报科学的研究热点.融合是中国哲学的一个特点,在中国文化知识发展过程中起到过重要作用.本文对知识转换的SECI模型进行了分析,提出了云块融合的知识创造(CBFKC)模型,并借助于目前流行的知识交流与管理的WIKI平台进行了云块融合的语义挖掘和知识创造试验,结果令人鼓舞.
