| 摘 要： | 学生群体分正式群体和非正式群体,其中非正式群体在学生发展中具有特殊意义。对非正式群体的向往与参与是学生正常的心理需求;学生与非正式群体间个体的交往有助于完善自己的个性;这种交往还有利于促进学生的社会化。

| Abstract: | The student groups divide into formal and informal groups, and the latter play a special role in the course of the students' growing . Yearning for and participating in the informal groups is normal mental requirement. The contact of the students with the individuals in the informal groups will conduce to perfect their individual characters. The association with their classmates will contribute to their socialization , too. |
