| 摘 要： | 企业的技术溢出通常具有一定的滞后性。从滞后性的角度，探讨了跨国公司对我国企业的技术溢出效应问题。通过行业面板数据模型，就跨国公司技术溢出对我国企业专利产出的影响效应进行了实证分析。结果显示：跨国公司的技术溢出效应会在不同的时间阶段呈现不同的特点，其中跨国公司的技术示范效应是一个逐渐递减的过程，而竞争效应则是一个先增后减的过程。
