| 摘 要： | 共同愿景在企业中被广泛使用，并且行之有效。根据学生组织和共同愿景的特征，将共同愿景从企业带人高校学生组织建设，在学生组织中从学生的个人愿景建立学生组织的共同愿景，可以增强学生组织的凝聚力和活力。
