摘    要:商标名称作为商品宣传的重要途径,具有其独特的语用功能。要保持商标名从源语言到目的语的转化过程语用功能不变,有必要在商标翻译中遵循语用翻译原则,这样才能更好地避免商标翻译的语用失效。

Abstract:Brand name, as an important means of product advertisement, has its special pragmatic functions. In order to keep these functions the same from the source language to the target language it is necessary to apply pragmatic translational principle in the brand name translation, only by which, can pragmatic failures be avoided better.
