| 摘 要： | 过分拉大的东西部区域经济发展差距业已构成民主政治建设的消极因素，影响到民主政治诉求的增长、民主主体力量的发展以及民主价值目标的实现等。而社会主义民主政治，作为一种以公平和正义为价值取向的制度安排，它应该而且必须保持对公众利益的公正关切，为缩小区域经济发展差距提供必要的制度供给、科学民主的政府决策以及完善的民主法制环境等。

| Abstract: | The excessive gap of regional economy development has been a negative factor affecting the development of democracy. As an institution orientated to equity and justice, socialist democracy should and must guarantee the public benefits, provide necessary institution, the scientific and democratic official policies and the perfect environment of democracy and legal system so as to lessen the gap of the regional economy development. |
