| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料分析、问卷调查、数理统计等方法,对高校阳光体育运动的现状及存在问题进行研究,揭示出当前普通高校学生体育健身意识淡薄,参与体育锻炼的频率较低、时间较短,体育健身器材与场所无法满足需求,大学生体质健康水平堪忧等问题,并为普通高校阳光体育运动的深入开展提出对策与建议,为增强大学生校园体育生活质量、形成终身体育意识提供参考。

| Abstract: | Using literature material analysis,questionnaire and mathematical statistics method,with the sunyports the current situation and existing problems,this paper reveals the current average college student sports fitness consciousness,participate in sports exercise lower frequency,time is short,the sports fitness equipment and unable to meet the needs of college students,and the place is likely to physical health level,and for the ordinary university sunshine in-depth development of sports puts forward countermeasures and Suggestions for students campus sports life quality,and form lifetime sports consciousness to provide the reference. |
