| 摘 要： | 作为经济发展的引擎之一,消费对经济的发展起着重要作用;而作为消费的重要模式,网络消费也日益流行起来。然而,低管束、高风险等问题的存在制约了网络消费的进一步发展。侵犯网络消费者合法权益的行为日渐增加,网络消费者的权益急需法律的保护,因此,通过了解我国网络消费的特点,分析网络消费者权益的法律保护困境并找出产生这些困境的原因,以提出具有针对性和建设性的意见,从而保护网络消费者合法权益,促进网络消费健康发展。

| Abstract: | As one of the power of economy development, consumption has play a very important role in the development of economy. And from the prospect of a important model of consumption, Intemet consumption is becoming more and more popular among common people. While some problems have been the barriers in the way of development of it, such as, the absence of man- agement and high-risk. It has been more and more serious that the rights of Intemet consumer are violated, and laws to protect their rights are seriously needed. So by the way of acknowledging the characteristics of consumer online, analysising the current situation of the laws that protect intemet consumers, then we can find the answers and give some pertinence and profound suggestions to protect Intemet consumers rights and promote the well development of Intemet consumption. |
