| 摘 要： | 高等教育特色发展,不仅是对高校办学经验的理性延伸,更是对高校未来发展的远景前瞻；不仅能够反映高校办学的价值取向,更能对办学主体和学生行为有潜移默化的影响；不仅能够支配高校内部各种资源的配置,还能吸引优质教育资源流向最能体现高校特色发展的领域和项目.高校如何科学定位、特色发展,高等教育体系如何优化结构、协调发展,是目前并未很好解决的重大问题.

| Abstract: | Characteristics development of higher education is not only the rational extension of university experience,but also the forward-looking vision for the future development of colleges and universities.It not only reflects the value orientation of higher education,but also has a subtle influence on the main bodys of universities and students behavior.It dominates the various resource allocation in universities,and attracts high-quality educational resources to the fields and projects which best reflect the characteristics development of colleges and universities.The scientific orientation,characteristics development,structure optimization of higher education systems and coordinated development of universities are major problems which wait to be solved. |
