| 摘 要： | 近年来在高校中发生的一连串危机事件,向人们发出了高校稳定和安全的警讯。本文主要从社会、学校、个体三个层面对高校危机管理的对策进行探索;从制度上探寻法制化管理之路,建立以学校、社会、家庭为一体的危机预防体系,树立＂大校园安全观＂的理念,通过＂平安校园＂建设,建立起完善的危机预防及应对机制,对危机进行积极有效地预防和管理,以减少危机事件的发生。

| Abstract: | In recent years,a series of crisis events happened in universities,which sent the college stability and safety warning. From the three layers of society,school and individual,this paper explores the countermeasure for university crisis management.On system,we attempt to explore a legal management road,establish a prevention system integrated the school,society and family,establish a ＂big campus security＂ concept,and build a perfect crisis prevention and response mechanism,so as to reduce the occurrence of the crisis events. |
