| 摘 要： | 技术创新是企业发展的根本动力,创新风险是制约和影响企业创新的重要因素.正确认识不同的技术创新模式及其风险,对于提高中小企业创新成功率具有重要意义.论文阐述了主要创新模式及其特点,通过调研数据说明了中小企业选择不同技术创新模式的原因；比较分析了不同模式及其在不同的创新阶段的风险大小.

| Abstract: | Technological innovation is the basic driving force for enterprises development,and the innovation risk is an key factor which restricts and affects the technological innovation.How to realize correctly the technological innovation risk and technological innovation mode is very important for the small and medium-sized enterprises to improve the innovation success rates.The paper illustrates the characteristics of different innovation mode through the survey data,elaborates the reason of adopting different innovation mode of small and medium-sized enterprises,and comparatively analyzes the risk size of different patterns in the process of innovation. |
