人力资源开发师的金字塔修炼模型研究

摘    要:随着知识经济时代的到来,企业对培训的需求越来越多,对内部培训师的要求也越来越高.传统的内部培训师很难满足企业对暗默知识和智力资本的需求.因此,一种新的职业角色——人力资源开发师将受到企业的追捧.文章探讨了人力资源开发师的培养,并为其设计了金字塔修炼模型,对企业人力资源开发有一定的指导作用.

Abstract:With the coming of knowledge economy era,enterprises’ needs for training are increasing,and the standards on trainers are improving.The effectiveness of training depends on the trainers to great degree.Traditional inner trainers cannot satisfy companies’ requirements in tacit knowledge and intellectual capital.Therefore,a new role in company,named human resource developer has come forth.This essay analyses the training of human resource developers,and design Pyramid Training Model.It has an important guiding role in human resource development.
