| 摘 要： | 学会作为科学共同体的组织形式之一,在科学技术的生产、传播和应用中扮演着重要的角色。因此应制定相关的政策,提高学会的自我发展能力和培养高水平创新人才的能力,建立学会推动知识扩散与应用的长效机制和学会承接政府职能转移的机制,完善学术评价和塑造创新文化的功能,充分发挥学会在国家创新体系中的作用。

| Abstract: | As one form of the scientific community, learned society play an important role in the production, dissemination and application of science and technology. Therefore, we should formulate a policy to improve the learned society’s self-development ability and the ability of high-level innovative talent training, establish the long-term mechanism of promote knowledge diffusion and application by learned society and accept the government functions, improve the function of academic evaluation and shaping the innovation culture, full play learned society’s role in national innovation system. |
