| 摘 要： | 社会主义新农村文化建设是社会主义新农村建设的重要方面,它为新农村经济社会等建设提供强有力的精神支持。加强社会主义新农村文化建设,要按照唯物辩证法的要求,正确理解农村文化建设同农村经济建设的关系,并在此基础上着力解决好传统文化与现代文化、大众文化与精英文化的辩证关系。
