| 摘 要： | 国外的训练实践证明,电刺激技术是提高运动训练水平的有效训练手段和方法。然而,国内一直没有竞技体育所需的电刺激训练仪器。研制我国自己的运动电刺激训练仪,为我国竞技体育的力量训练和肌肉恢复提供科学的手段和方法,是本研究的主要目的。该仪器经国家举重队、国家田径队等全国8省20多个单位的使用证明,它适用于运动训练、康复医学、软组织损伤、体育健美等领域。该仪器刺激波形、频率、刺激时间、间歇时间随意可调,可单、双路操作,有灯光、数字显示和安全保险装置。

| Abstract: | The strength training in abroad has demonstrated that technique of electrical stimulation is the effective means and methods for increasing training level. However, there has not been an eletrostim which is suitable for competitive sports training in our country. It is the main purpose of this study to develope Chinese Sports Elec-trostim to provide scientific means and method for strength training and recovery of muscles. The application by the National Weightlifting Team, the National Track and Field Team, and more than twenty other teams in eight Provinces provies that this set is suitable to the sports training, rehabilitation medicine, soft tissueco centussion and graceful training fields. The current waveform, frequency of pulses, stimulation time, bterval time and so on in this set all can be adjusted according to what you need. The set possesses clual channels output, light and digital show as well as safe device. |
