| 摘 要： | 现阶段我国出现跨国研发资金大量涌入和内资企业研发国际化两个现实趋势.本文运用OECD的统计数据，探讨这两种趋势对创新产出影响的国际规律，为国家和企业提供政策借鉴及理论指导.研究以跨国公司的交互国际化动力为理论出发点，构造创新产出的Poisson计量模型，模型中考虑创新因素参与及分散程度影响、东道国的知识积累、人力资源、基础设施和各国创新产出的分散程度影响，对1985—2004年17个OECD国家数据进行广义回归分析，并进一步用修正的离散分布回归进行健壮性讨论.研究发现，广泛接入世界各地创新资源和由此导致的创新活动的区域性汇聚都会对创新产出带来积极影响.

| Abstract: | At presnt,there are two trends appeared in China: one is a great number of cross-border R&D funds entering into China;the other is the internationalization of home-enterprises’ R&D.Here,it discusses the impacts of these trends on innovation outputs with statistic data of OECD.Based on the theory of the internationalization of alternation motives among the multinational firms,it constructs the Poisson computation model for innovation output in which it considers the impacts of the participation and decentralization of innovation capacity,knowledge acumulation,human recourses,infrastructures of the host countries and the impacts of the degree of innovation-output decentralization.A dataset on the observations of 17 OECD countries during 1985-2004 is used in the generalized regression analysis.In order to ensure the robustness of the regression results,corrected dispersed regression is also offered.The results show that tapping into the world innovation networks broadly and the related concentration of innovations in district both have positive impacts on innovation. |
