| 摘 要： | 体育院校教学档案是学校体育教育活动和教学管理工作的真实记录,是衡量学校教学管理和教学质量的重要标志之一,是开展教学改革、评估教学管理工作的重要依据。因此,必须加强体育院校教学档案的管理。首先,要进行深入细致的宣传工作,强化体育教学档案的归档意识;其次,要加强与教学管理部门的联系,积极主动地开展教学档案的收集工作。最后,档案部门必须配备既懂档案管理专业知识,又会运用现代科技的高素质人才。

| Abstract: | Teaching record management is the actual record of the teaching management and the teaching of a school,an important symbol of how good the teaching quality and management are,and an important reference for the teaching reform.To improve the record management,it is necessary to understand better its importance,to better coordinate with teaching affairs department and to train qualified achivists. |
