| 摘 要： | 高句丽“城人”即是高句丽各城中的军士。它是高句丽后期地方行政体制变化和部族化政权体制相作用的必然产物。“城人”是高句丽“城体制”社会结构最基础的组成部分，是高句丽山城防御所倚重的最主要力量。通过部族体制组织起来的“城人”使得高句丽后期的各“城”团聚成了一个个难以攻克的军事据点，是“城体制”得以取代五部制成为高句丽后期地方行政体制的主要原因。

| Abstract: | Gaogouli＇s ＂city＂ was the sergeant of city of Gaogouh. It was the natural product of the change of later Gaogouli＇s local ad ministrative system and the effect of tribal regime system. ＂City＂ was the most basic component of social structure of Gao gouli＇s ＂City System＂, also was the most important defense forces of Gaogouli. ＂City＂ organized by tribal system made every city of the later Gaogouli to be the military stronghold, this was the main reason that ＂City System＂ became the main local administrative system of Gaogouli. |
