教师培训券:教师专业发展的制度创新

摘    要:教师专业发展是20世纪90年代以来我国教师教育研究的核心问题。在社会主义市场经济条件下,市场机制介入教育领域,教师专业发展也必须探讨适应市场经济发展要求的新的制度模式。教师培训券作为教师专业发展的制度创新,能在很大程度上改善学校教师教育培训过程中普遍存在的质量偏低、效率不高、资源浪费等现象,从而促进教师专业素质的提高和专业知识的完善。
