| 摘 要： | 宿迁是江苏省内经济欠发达地区。其职业教育已从数量快速增加、相对稳定阶段，逐步过渡到目前的优胜劣汰阶段，由于经济欠发达地区，教育理念相对落后，办学投入不足，实验、实践环节少，培养出来的学生就业率低等情况制约了高职教育的发展。这不利于大批应用型高技能人才的培养，客观上也制约了宿迁地方经济发展。这与宿迁市政府提出的“科教兴市”战略相违背。如果没有政府相关政策支持，没有办学理念的改变，高职院校服务地方经济发展只能是一句空话。

| Abstract: | The higher vocational institutions in Suqian have experienced a gradual transition from rapid increase to the relatively stable phase and then to the current stage-survival of the fittest. Owing to its underdeveloped economy, relatively unenlightened education philosophy, shortage of educational investment and inadequate intern and apprenticeship programs, fewer graduates got employed. This is not conducive to the cultivation of a large number of workers with practical skills, restricting economic development of Suqian. Without the support of government policy and conversion in educational philosophy, the paper points out that institutions serves local economic development can only be fantasy. |
