| 摘 要： | 分类培养是研究生教育改革与发展的重要组成部分，是提高应用型人才培养质量亟待解决的问题。运用SWOT综合分析工具，对我国硕士研究生分类培养模式改革的内外部因素进行分析与评价，并在此基础上，研究应用型高层次人才培养条件及环境建设、管理制度建设及校企联合培养等方面的有效对策，以实现应用型人才培养的目标。
