| 摘 要： | 毕业生的实际工作表现是判定大学人才培养质量高低的根本依据,基于此,本文引入了外部认可视角下的人才培养质量评估这一概念,即根据外部用人主体在人才遴选和使用过程中的认可程度来评估重点大学的人才培养质量,进而设计了评估模型,从国际、国内和用人机构三个层次,通过定性调查和结构化访谈对重点大学的人才培养质量进行评估,克服了已有各类评估对毕业生的实际表现缺乏考察的局限。评估结果表明,重点大学的毕业生在专业技能上得到了国内用人单位相当程度的认可,但他们在获取国际认可上还有很大的提升余地,在实践能力、创新能力和非智力因素方面也暴露了明显的不足。 |
