| 摘 要： | 教育改革、教育创新是时代进步的体现，历时近10年的精品课程建设暂告一段落，取而代之的是在现有国家精品课程建设的成果基础上，开展精品资源共享课的建设，全国各大学正在积极地进行精品资源共享课的中报和建设。精品资源共享课较之精品课程，建设的意义何在，建设的要点何在，是值得探讨的问题。
