| 摘 要： | 独立学院会计专业人才培养的目标关系到独立学院会计人才培养的规格,多年来部分独立学院会计专业人才培养目标面临定位不明晰、动手实践能力培养落后、不契合区域经济发展需要和不适合生源特点等困境。借助会计人才培养目标的胜任力模型,提出找准定位走差异化路线,实训理念与设施应与时俱进,加大投入与拓宽渠道,着力培养具备专业胜任力知识与技能的会计人才;面向区域经济发展,明确学生功能角色定位,提升学生职业生涯管理能力;塑造学生优秀自我形象和职业态度,开展会计价值教育,培育良好品质与动机等方面寻找出路。

| Abstract: | Independent School of accounting professional talent training goals related to the specification of accounting personnel training of independent college, over the years, part of the independent college accounting professional talent training objectives facing backward position is not clear, hands - on practice ability training, don agree with the regional economic development needs and not suitable for students characteristics, etc. With the help of competency model of accounting personnel training goal, for the accounting personnel training goal of clear positioning, put forward for locating differentiate themselves, training idea and the facilities should keep pace with The Times, increasing investment and broaden the channels, strive to cultivate professional competency knowledge and skills of accounting personnel; Geared to the needs of regional economic development, clear function role of the students, improve students＇ career management ability; Students good self- image and professional attitude and conduct accounting value education, cultivate good character and motivation; To solve the plight of independent college accounting talents training target to find the way out. |
