| 摘 要： | 在以多元文化为显著特征的当今时代,文化的多元与价值的相异日渐凸显。任何一个国家、任何一所学校既不能坚守本国文化而绝对排斥他国文化,也不能盲目移植别国的先进文化、照抄别国学校的道德教育来推进本国的文化建设和道德教育。因此,延续和拓展何种文化价值观,秉持和倡导何种道德精神,势必成为多元文化背景下道德教育的艰难抉择。作为一种文化现象,道德教育既要弘扬民族文化和培育民族精神,又要吸收与借鉴多元文化的先进成果,进而创造新的文化范式和本土道德。于是,兼有二者属性的制度安排便自然地回应了这一两难诉求,成为多元文化视域中道德教育的应有之义。
