| 摘 要： | 新世纪以来，随着国家对语言文字工作的重视与加强，高校语言文字工作进入了一个新的快速发展阶段，但由于种种原因，各级各类高校语言文字工作的发展很不平衡，语言文字管理工作水平也存在较大差距。为扭转这一局面，高校可从自身语言文字管理理念的更新、管理机制的完善、管理队伍的培养、管理手段的创新等方面入手全面强化学校语言文字管理工作。

| Abstract: | Since the new century, with the country＇s enhanced attention to language and word management, the language and word work in universities and colleges has been on a fast development phase. However, for all sorts of reasons, the development of language and word work is quite unbalanced among universities and colleges. There is also a big disparity in the language and word work level. In order to reverse this situation, universities and colleges should strengthen the .management of language and word work from the following aspects： to renew the idea of the language and word work management, improve the management mechanism, train the management team, and innovate the management methods. |
