| 摘 要： | 上市制度是证券交易所游戏规则的重要组成部分,它包括上市标准、上市程序、上市审核机构和上市收费等几个方面的内容。由于我国大陆与香港、台湾地区在政治体制、经济制度、法律渊源以及证券市场的发育、完善程度等方面存在着很大的差异,因此两岸三地间的上市制度有很大的差别。本文在总结了该领域以往研究成果的基础上,对两岸三地股票上市制度作了详尽的研究和分析。

| Abstract: | Listed institution is an important p art of securities exchange,it composed of listed standard,listed procedure,verification organization and listed fees.Due to the discre pancy in political system,economic institution,law source and securities market' s growth of China,Hong Kong and Taiwa n,there are many considerable diffe r-ences of the three areas' listed institution.In this article,the author makes brief comments on t he present situa-tion,detailed study and analysis of the three areas' listed institution. |
