| Abstract: | The thesis analyzes the traditional managing model in our Chinese colleges and universities,including its origin,present state,problems existed and their reasons.It states the advantages and disadvantages of the traditional managing model of"level style".To improve the managing level and develop the colleges and universities,the thesis pursues the idea and model of solid and mutual-act human-centered management for them. |
