| 摘 要： | 在社会主义市场经济条件下 ,社会公德是社会主义精神文明建设的重要组成部分。它有三个关系层面 ,即人与人之间、人与社会之间和人与自然之间的关系层面。加强社会主义精神文明建设 ,提高全民族的思想道德素质和科学文化素质 ,就必须高度重视社会公德的培育。公民素质、公共规范和公德意识是社会公德培育的三个关键点。

| Abstract: | Under the situation of socialist market-directed economy, social civil morality becomes an important part of the construction of socialist spiritual civilization. It has three relational levels, namely man and man, man and society, man and the natural world. To strengthen the construction of socialist spiritual civilization, and to raise the whole nation's quality of ideological morality and scientific culture, we should attach great importance to the cultivation of social civil morality. Civil quality, public standard and the consciousness of public morality form the three critical aspects. |
