| 摘 要： | 在中国,据劳动部门统计,全国每年发生各类工伤事故五百多起,工伤保险支出大幅度增加,而工伤人员重返工作岗位的比例却还是在低谷徘徊。鉴于此,文章引入了重新就业这一概念,进而研究重新就业的必要性和干预重新就业的措施。

| Abstract: | According to the statistic of the work department of China,the number of many kinds of the workers' industrial injury has been more 500 every year,the expansion of invalid insurance increases heavily,but the percentage of the wounded man who come back to work post is still lower.Because of this phenomenon,the writer introduces the concept of "re-employment".This article will study the necessity with regard to "obtaining employment again",and advance some methods of the interference about it. |
