体育教学渗透心理健康教育的实践和探索

摘    要:本文采用精神症状自评量表(SCL—90),对我校初一、初二年级学生进行心理健康测试和分析。结果表明:被试中25.82%的学生有中度以上的心理健康问题,健康状况令人担忧。在中学体育教学中,运用实验法对实验组学生采取相应的措施进行心理健康教育,在心理状况、教学效果方面实验组均优于对照组。

Practice and Exploration of Physical Education Teaching Penetrating into Mental Health Education

Abstract:This paper, using the spirit symptom self- assessment scale (SCL - 90), makes analysis on students' mental health at grade one and two in our school. The result shows that more than 25.82% participants have moderate mental health problems. In the middle school physical education teaching, using the experimental method, some measurements are taken on students' mental health education from experimental group. On the teaching effect, the experimental group is superior to that of control group.
